1. First, after you purchased the ticket for the event you will receive an email containing the ticket. You can download the ticket and use the ticket code to join our event. Or you can click on here to access the Event Lobby.
2. You will then receive another email seven days before the event. This will contain the event URL and instructions for logging in.
3. After clicking the Campaign or Event URL, you will then have two options to access the event lobby.
Option 1: You can enter the email that is registered for their ticket (the email used in purchasing the ticket) and click the "Get login link" button.
Our system will send one-time login access to your email. TYou can just click the "SIGN IN NOW" button to log in.
You will be taken to our Product page. Then you can now click "Go to Product".
You can now have access to the Event Lobby.
Option 2: You can click "Didn't receive your login info?" this will redirect you to a registration page. Here you can register using the ticket code.
Option 3: If you have logged in already and created a password you can select "Log in with email & password" and you can simply enter your email & password to log in.
